Once your order has processed, your order will be dispatched via Australia Post Express Post Satchels from our Melbourne Warehouse. Delivery is generally up to 10 Business Days once your order has processed and longer during peak times. Tracking will also be provided during this time (please see below for more information).

Please note: Our warehouse has re-opened for 2018. Orders have begun processing as per the Shipping Times. Please note due to the very high volume of orders received, processing is subject to additional delays during this time. We thank you kindly for your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse team, you will receive a Shipping Notification Email that will contain your Express Tracking Information and a link to Australia Post's website where you can check the status of your delivery. You can expect arrival of your order within 1 Business Day for Metropolitan orders, and up to 3 Business Days for Non-Metropolitan orders.
Any item that is 'Pre-Order' will arrive generally between 7 - 21 Business days from the receipt of your order into our warehouse. Please keep in mind this is estimated and production can take up to 2 months to complete.
Once arrived and processed, your order will be dispatched by FREE Upgraded Express including any other items in your order if applicable.
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation a Gift Card will be issued.
Australia Post will always ensure to leave your package in a safe place. In case of any queries or concerns regarding the status of your delivery, we recommend calling the Australia Post helpline on 13 76 78. Hazel & Thief cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed packages once they are lodged with Australia Post.

We ship worldwide via Australia Post International. Average shipping times for International customers is approx 7 - 10 working days if your order is available for immediate dispatch, otherwise please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery for Pre-Order.

On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area. All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Taxes & Duties (International Customers)
Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires Hazel & Thief to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees.
Please note that on rare occasions custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages. Hazel & Thief takes no responsibility should such a delay occur, as it is the sole discretion of customs officials whether to release a package. If you have any issues, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and charged in Australian Dollars. We offer currency conversion for USD, EURO, GBP, and AED. If you use a credit card to purchase your order, the bank that has issued your card determines the exchange rate and final value you will pay.

Policy & Terms
By placing an order at Hazel & Thief, you are responsible for any and all applicable customs duties and import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Hazel & Thief. This also applies to any shipments you may refuse upon delivery.
○ We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.).
○ All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications.
○ Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
○ Offers are available until stocks sell out.
○ In rare cases out of our control, standard delivery items can take up to 21 business days for delivery. In this case, you will be notified by Customer Care of a delay. Please note that orders are not processed/delivered on weekends and/or public holidays.
